During Adepticon, Ninja Division took time out to shoot a Game Play Demo Video. Thier video will give you a brief overview of the basic mechanics of Robotech RPG Tactics.
From what I understand (and I admit I cant figure out RPG's for the life of me) the rules are subject to change and what we see in the video is a demo. However, the video is worth watching as it gives you a sense of scale and detail the miniature pieces have.
