As Robotech fans around the globe know, Robotech was a merging of
3 unrelated anime series from
Tatsunoko Studios in Tokyo Japan. When the 9.0 earthquake struck on Friday, followed by reports of fires, tsunami's, thousands of missing civilians and nuclear emergencies, Robotech fans began to wonder what the status of of the studio and its employees.

We are relieved to hear from Tatsunoko that all of their staff have been accounted for. The studio has been affected by blackouts, but has largely escaped serious damage from last week's quake.
