The Robotech Convention Tour will be at the New York Comic-Con this year! Stay tuned for more information on Robotech events at the convention later this month.The organizers of New York Comic Con announced on Friday that artist and illustrator Yoshitaka Amano will attend the event. The convention will be held at the Javits Convention Center from October 11-14. Amano is most well known for his contributions to Vampire Hunter D and the Final Fantasy series, as well as his collaboration with English graphic novelist Neil Gaiman on Sandman: The Dream Hunters. Amano has been involved in more than 20 anime works and more than 30 video game titles throughout his career. He has been in the anime industry since he was 15, when he joined the veteran studio Tatsunoko Production.

Murray had been reported as missing on August 2 and was last heard from when he was on his way to Pontiac, Michigan to attend Godaikocon.
Eric Murray, a convention staff member of many East Coast conventions across the United States, was reported missing as of Thursday, August 2 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Murray was heading to Pontiac, Michigan to attend the Godaikocon convention from August 3-5, and the last time anyone had heard from him was at 7:00 a.m. on August 2.
Those with any information on Murray's whereabouts after 7:00 a.m. on August 2 are asked to call the Hampton Township Police Department in Pennsylvania at (412) 486-0400 extension 333, or call 911 and ask for the Hampton Township Police Department.
